Introduction

Hello, I'm Kaley. I'm a therapist practicing in Littleton, Colorado. I am passionate about helping my clients strengthen their connections to themselves, their partners, and their families to increase emotional bonds and intimacy and form secure relationships. I work with older teens (16+), adults, and couples/relationship configurations of all kinds. My journey as a therapist has been shaped by a deep understanding of the emotional complexities associated with chronic illnesses. With lived experience, I know firsthand what it's like to live in survival mode and witness the devastation of my relationships due to being constantly ill. This sparked my dedication to supporting others in approaching life with curiosity; building resilience, and emotional support, encouraging self-advocacy, and improving their quality of life. I focus on taking a holistic and curious approach in therapy and will often use modalities such as The Gottman Method, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Structural Family Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to support our work together. As a therapist, I am sex-positive and sex, gender, and sexuality-affirming. I approach clients with empathy and humility to support them in effectively increasing their capacities for awareness, regulation, and resilience.
