Introduction

I work with preteens, teens, and adults experiencing various issues ranging from anxiety, depression, phase of life changes, grief & loss, various womens' issues, trauma, OCD, and perfectionism. I will work with you to create a treatment plan best suited to meet your needs and promote therapeutic progress, by educating you, supporting you, and encouraging you to take a leading role in your process/progress. We will get you to a place where you are honoring and validating your own needs, finding what routines and activities help to increase your life enjoyment, and have you feeling more connected to the world around you. I have 4 years of structured experience as a Counselor and have served in other positions as a mentor, tutor, and facilitator. I have certificates in Trauma-Informed Counseling and Care. I utilize a person-centered, strengths-based approach, which means learning who you are and what works best for you. You are not just a number, and you deserve to thrive. You have already made the first step by being curious. Counseling is for anyone wanting to address specific, impactful symptoms, who are wanting additional support, or who are wanting to learn more about themself and their patterns for overall life betterment. Feel free to inquire about services and take the next step toward your holistic wellness.
