Introduction

I first want to take a second and applaud you, because reaching out to a therapist can be one of the most difficult but rewarding processes. Taking the next step on this journey can be difficult, but having the support and perspective of an empathetic therapist can make all the difference. Creating an environment that allows clients to feel safe and comfortable, while also feeling heard and respected is crucial to the relationship we build. Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD, self-esteem, life changes, or self-image, I want to assist and join you on your new path. I examine clients through a Humanistic lense, focusing on the person as a whole rather than just the symptoms you may be facing. Additionally, I enjoy utilizing CBT with clients and often incorporate mindfulness skills and techniques. I have also at times incorporated aspects of DBT and other approaches to meet client's needs. I have experience working with a variety of ages, life experiences, and symptoms, and am extremely passionate about working with children and teenagers. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out via telephone or email.
