Look no further. I possess the magic, fast-acting cure for it ALL. Just kidding. I'm a lifetime therapy participant myself, so I know this path isn't comfy, easy, or for those who aren't truly invested in relief or long-term change. So, I specialize in making that investment less daunting. I empower people to live authentically & conquer challenges from their past, present + future — so they can live life without all that pesky self-doubt, uncertainty, low self-worth, etc. In addition to life transitions, mood disorders, trauma, and grief/loss, I also specialize in perinatal mental health, people-pleasers, & over-thinkers. My foundation is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which focuses on the way you think & how that impacts, well, the rest of your life. Beyond CBT, I pull from other person-centered & strengths/solutions-focused therapies to provide an eclectic experience that doesn't feel too rigid or redundant. Lastly, be prepared for humor & very nerdy references. I'm an active LGBTQI+ ally, and grateful for any opportunity to work with humans on any/all paths. I currently have immediate openings for new patients, but please know I do not accept insurance (if your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement, let's talk).
