Introduction

I possess THE quick, easy, magic, formula for it all — just kidding. However, I do specialize in relationship stress/breakups, people-pleasing, overthinking, breaking free from old patterns that aren't getting you anywhere, being your own worst enemy/personal torture artist, and removing all that pesky low self-worth/doubt, burnout, uncertainty, hopelessness, etc. I have extensive experience working with teens, perinatal mental health, trauma histories, mood disorders, life transitions, and grief/loss. If this sounds like you and you're ready to feel better, let's get to work. As a client and therapist, I know this process from both sides of the couch. I use a foundation of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, but I'm also able to pull from other techniques beyond CBT to provide an eclectic, collaborative experience that won't feel rigid or redundant. Disclaimer: be prepared for humor & nerdy references. I'm genuinely excited to work with humans on any/all paths, and I am an active LGBTQI+ ally. I am accepting new patients right now, but I am self/private pay only (if your insurance offers out-of-network reimbursement, let's talk).
