Introduction

Hello and welcome! I am a Marriage and Family Therapist who has been working in a private practice setting for over four years. I often work with women who are struggling with anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, grief and postpartum depression and anxiety. I gravitate toward working from a Person-Centered approach, where I meet my clients where they are currently in their healing journeys, offering insight and perspective perhaps not previously recognized. I also will utilize a cognitive behavioral approach as a way to add structure to treatment and set achievable goals! I encourage my clients to have grace and empathy for themselves while navigating difficult experiences and feelings.
