You've decided to take the next step in your journey of personal growth by seeking professional help. Finding a therapist who you are comfortable with can help with overcoming periods of feeling trapped in a negative cycle. My goal as your therapist will be to create a safe space where we can explore ways to decrease distress, so that you can live life feeling lighter and unburdened. Therapy is a journey you and I take together. In times of pain and discomfort, we have the potential to grow into a stronger version of ourselves. I offer a wide variety of different therapies to assist you in this healing and strengthening process, including cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), human-centered psychotherapy, EMDR, and internal family systems therapy. There is no one type of therapy to heal all wounds, and I am pleased to offer a variety of services to suit diverse psychological needs. I specialize in working with individuals struggling with old and new psychological wounds, mood disorders such as anxiety and depression, trauma, challenges unique to the LGBTQAI community, suffering relationships and family conflicts.
