Collaboration, acceptance, empathy and empowerment are my guiding principles as I assist my clients in overcoming challenges, fostering their strengths and achieving their goals. My therapeutic approach is rooted in respect for my clients’ unique identities and life experiences and I strive to provide an emotionally supportive and non judgmental environment. My professional experience thus far has included working as an outpatient therapist with individuals, couples and in group facilitation. I have worked with clients to address trauma, low self-esteem and shame, relationship problems and domestic violence, symptoms of anxiety and depression, and navigating significant life changes. I aspire to continuously build on my knowledge and experience to best serve my clients. Reaching out for help is an often difficult but worthwhile step; one that represents courage and hope. I hope to support your growth, healing and connection as you nurture relationships, work towards goals and navigate life’s challenges.
