I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with more than 10 years of experience providing therapy to adults and juveniles. I received my bachelor's degree at the University of Georgia and two master's degrees from Marymount University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Psychology. I have extensive experience providing individual and group therapy for a diverse population. I have worked with clients who are experiencing romantic and peer relationship issues, problematic sexual behaviors, and other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. My goal is to provide the best care possible therefore, I adapt my therapeutic approach to best fit the need of my clients. I believe that to enact change in our lives, it is vital to understand the impact our thoughts and emotions have on our behaviors. I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to establish a strong rapport with each client by providing a judgment-free space where we can identify your strengths and work together to meet your goals and build healthy practices.
