Each one of us is craving authentic love & we are seeking to have others care for us the way we most deeply desire. My passion is rooted in helping others find healing and meaning in their lives and their relationships. Together, the couples I work with learn where their relational wounds originated and how to truly show up for one another in the most loving + healing ways. They do this by identifying what does and does not work in their relationship. They work together to create loving experiences where they are finally able to feel seen, heard, and understood by one another. As a relationship expert, I utilize clinical training coupled with personal experiences of surviving interesting relational dynamics. You will discover gaps in your relationship while building the bridges to connect on physical, emotional, & mental levels. I look forward to getting to know you + helping you create the relationship you desire and deserve.
