I’m passionate about guiding you through a deeper understanding of anxiety and depression, not just to manage these feelings, but to truly begin feeling more at ease and empowered in your daily life. I am skilled in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Art and Play Therapy, and Mindfulness techniques.
