Introduction

I’m a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a Master’s in Social Work (MSW), offering online therapy for individual clients (ages 14 and up) and couples who are ready to create real, lasting change. My approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), and I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, eating disorders, and couples counseling. My style is direct, collaborative, and focused on helping you move forward. I work best with clients who are ready to actively engage in the process and make meaningful changes in their lives. Therapy with me isn’t just about talking—it’s about doing the work and feeling supported while you do it. If you're ready to get unstuck, gain clarity, and create stronger relationships—with yourself and others—I’d love to work with you. I offer an empathetic and judgment free environment, a place you will feel heard and understood. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist with 9+ years of experience in the field. I offer only telehealth sessions at this time and have weekend availability! You can text, call, or email me to schedule a first appointment. Choosing the right therapist is an important step towards healing and growth, and I am here to support you every step of the way.
