My private practice is focused on helping individuals struggling with behaviors around food and substances, as well as working on recovering from anxiety and depression. My area of focus is primarily working with individuals who have been diagnosed with an eating disorder, or have disordered eating. I incorporate Ecotherapy practices into my work and enjoy meeting with clients outside when it’s a good fit.
