Introduction

Let’s be real though, life doesn’t always look like butterflies and rainbows. In fact, it can feel like an absolute beating. If you’re reading this, I’m guessing this is one of your “sometimes.” Stress, depression, emptiness, anxiety, and self-judgment are constantly knocking at our door. It’s the worst, but the good news is it doesn’t have to stay that way. For as long as I can remember, my greatest passion in life has been to help people overcome the battles life presents them with. When someone is in my office, it’s my goal is to create a safe and nurturing atmosphere in which they can be supported in their efforts to change and grow.
