Introduction

My approach is based on integrative, evidenced-based, and body-centered therapies including EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy and Mindfulness. I use neuroscience based research to inform my somatic and holistic approach. I teach tools to work with the past and face challenges in the present.
