Introduction

My name is Kai de Becker, and I’m excited to help you frame your mosaic. Identity is precious — if we fail to clarify who we are before we reach for desire, we bar ourselves from true fulfillment. I work to help organize all the parts that make up you, so life and love can carry more meaning. Through this lens, I work with a range of demographics and ages to address individual, relational, and family issues. As a part of the community, I have an emphasis for queer and gender issues. My practice is mainly informed by the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) models of care.
