My ideal client is a dedicated client who is willing to do the therapeutic work alongside my assistance to them. I would like for my clients to be fully invested in their mental health as much as I am in helping them. I truly want my clients to know that I am 100% dedicated to assisting them on this journey to living the life they deserve to live, with the skills they were missing beforehand. I specialize in anxiety, depression & stress. I utilize person centered, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution focused brief therapy, motivational interviewing and mindfulness techniques in sessions tailored to each client. Cognitive reframing, deep breathing, and journaling are a few examples of techniques used in sessions. I have always dreamed of being able to help others through situations they do not believe they can navigate themselves.
