Kaely believes in an individual approach to therapy and therefore draws from a variety of evidence based modalities in her therapeutic approach including psychodynamic, attachment-based, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and motivational interviewing with a mindfulness approach to meeting clients where they are in their journey. As a therapist, Kaely is compassionate and strives to create an inclusive and affirming environment for self-exploration and discovery. Kaely believes strongly in the power of the therapeutic relationship to empower individuals to ignite positive change by drawing on their own strengths and realizing their potential to live fulfilling and happy lives. Kaely received her graduate degree from Columbia University School of Social Work. She has years of experience in the field of youth development and specializes in working with young people in emerging adulthood, adolescence, and during times of transition.
