Introduction

Are years of struggling with substances and other drugs starting to bother you? Perhaps you're curious about cutting back on your drug use or quitting altogether. Your family might judge and shame you. You may be in a relationship that seems abusive, yet others around you do not see it. You may recognize the warning signs and need a safe person to talk to. You're exhausted and have taken the biggest step today by seeking a therapist. You need support, empathy, and someone to help you explore these issues. Together, we will learn coping skills, gain understanding, and change your thought processes. You are not alone. I help provide a safe and comfortable environment to explore any issue. As your therapist, you can expect me to be compassionate and understanding of any issues you may be facing. Together we will develop a therapeutic relationship that will allow us to explore any issue. We may challenge your process, understand your emotions and identity, and learn coping skills. No issue is off-topic. I currently offer telehealth services primarily from 12 PM to 3 PM on Thursdays and 12 Pm to 4 PM on Fridays. I will be offering in-person services later in the summer - contact me if interested. Currently, I partner with Headway to accept and bill Aetna and Cigna insurance, with the capability to accept Carefirst BCBS by the end of April. I also accept private pay as well.
