I believe that once you realize your own strengths, and you are ready for positive change, anything is possible. My theoretical framework is integrative, but I often work from a cognitive-behavioral, psycho-dynamic, and strengths-based approach with special emphasis on mindfulness practices. I specialize in stress management, behavioral change, anxiety, depression, self-esteem concerns, identity development, body image concerns, and disordered eating.
