Introduction

Are you a helping professional experiencing difficulties with overwhelming work demands, burnout, or challenges with high levels of stress? Are you a teenager or parent of a teenager who is unsure of how to navigate the difficulties of growing up? I am passionate about helping you manage burnout, overwhelming work demands or helping you or your child deal with self-esteem, self-harm, or friendship issues. I provide individual and family therapy for adults and teenagers. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) which can help change negative thought patterns and build skills to tackle challenges with success. I also utilize a personalized approach, tailored to each individuals needs. Clients have left therapy stating they feel significantly less burnout, can deal with everyday stress in a more effective manner and that they have the tools they need to continue creating the life the desire. I am neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ affirming and hold myself accountable to remaining culturally competent. Contact me today to schedule a free consultation. I look forward to working with you!
