I believe in working with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan and will track progress during treatment to insure progress. I work with individuals, families, couples, and groups. My focus is on those dealing with trauma, relationship difficulties, anxiety, depression, grief, physical health concerns, self-injury, anger, traumatic brain injury, and many other challenges. I believe wellness can be found with incorporating recreation, connection to nature, mindfulness, and meditation into the therapeutic process. My approach is collaborative and considerate of your beliefs, personal history, ethnicity, culture, family, sexual orientation and identity.
