Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and have a Master’s degree from the University of Houston - Graduate College of Social Work. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston - Clear Lake. I have extensive experience working with individuals through crisis intervention, prolonged illness, grief and bereavement, anxiety, depression, and much more. I believe in starting where my client has the most concerns and am passionate about helping others. My work reflects this compassion through my non-judgmental, empathic, patient, and laidback approach. I want this to be a calming and helpful journey for you. I practice from evidence-based approaches and have training in CBT, grief and bereavement, and solution-focused therapies. I also have an extensive history of working with those who are experiencing gender identity or LGBTQI+ concerns. I use varied methodologies in order to ensure my clients have their needs fully met. I also believe fees should not stand in the way of access to support. If you are unable to afford our current rates, please let us know so we can discuss sliding scale options. Let's Talk
