Welcome to Fireside Counseling, where I understand that the road to mental wellness is often a difficult journey. My counseling practice is named after the deep and meaningful conversations that have been held around firesides, where individuals share their stories and connect on a profound level. I recognize that these conversations are not always easy, but they lay the groundwork for something special: a path towards healing and growth. As a licensed mental health professional, I am dedicated to providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy to help individuals navigate life's challenges. I specialize in individual therapy and couples counseling, offering support for a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and relationship issues. Rest assured, while our conversations may be fireside-inspired, I promise there won't be any actual flames involved. However, together we'll ignite the spark of transformation and warmth that comes from heartfelt discussions and a shared journey towards mental well-being.
