Introduction

You feel stuck in a vicious cycle of anxiety. You wake up in the morning and instantly feel anxiety. You think "the anxiety is back." You are constantly in tune with every sensation in your body, checking to see if your body and mind are functioning properly. You are terrified that these symptoms mean that something is seriously wrong with you. You spend your days trying to fix how you feel---yoga, meditate, exercise. But nothing gives you much relief. You go to sleep feeling afraid for the rush of anxiety to return. If you struggle with anxiety or panic, you are not alone. You are not crazy. You can be back to your old self again. When you work with me, you will learn practical steps on dealing with anxiety. You will learn about what is happening to your mind and body to help you feel less afraid. You will learn specific skills (based on science) on how to handle anxiety. I offer in-person and online therapy sessions. I offer 24/7 online scheduling for your convenience. When anxiety takes a hold on your life, it can help to know you’re not alone. I’ve been there. I have suffered with panic attacks and anxiety. At the time, I didn’t know anyone else who had gone through it. This only made me feel alone and hopeless. You don’t have to live this way forever. There is a way out. Contact me today to get started.
