Specialties: Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, Abuse Survivors, Adjustment Disorder,

Introduction

I work primarily with individuals who have experienced trauma, either during childhood and adolescence, or as adults. Together, we address concerns regarding anxiety and mood, as well as challenges in relationships and/or in meeting personal and professional goals. My goal is to create a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship in which we can collaboratively focus on the concerns for which you are seeking professional help. Within that context, we will work to increase your awareness and understanding of the impact of your past experiences on your current functioning so that you can achieve better mental health. Starting psychotherapy is a challenging step. I encourage you to explore this avenue of addressing your current concerns and believe, that with the right therapist, you will experience relief and hope for the future. I invite you to contact me to determine if we are a good fit and if I might be of help to you in your journey towards better mental health.
