Introduction

Starting therapy can be scary. My intention is to create a welcoming space to engage in a safe and collaborative process. Drawing upon my 10+ years in community mental health, I use a variety of approaches, including relational therapy, mindfulness, and psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and have extensive experience with seniors, chronically ill people, and those with complex trauma. People of all gender expressions, sexual orientation, bodies and backgrounds are very welcome in my practice. I am passionate about the therapeutic relationship and will lead with curiosity and transparency. I also have a background in the entertainment industry, as well as healthcare administration, and am very familiar with those worlds. I’ve lived in different countries across the globe, which allows me to have a deeper understanding of the immigrant experience. I provide therapy in Spanish and English. I offer a free phone consultation to make sure we are a good match. If it feels right for you, I look forward to your journey towards deeper meaning, reduced suffering and more fulfilling relationships. I do not accept insurance; however, I am happy to provide a monthly superbill for you to submit to your insurance carrier.
