I work with couples in Texas where one or both are suffering from anxiety or trauma and are ready to move from stuck and afraid to freedom and peace. These may be couples suffering from a trauma that keeps them from showing up authentically in their world. It can be from the pressure of being a church, community or business leader who feel they must save face or suffer in silence. It could also be those constantly struggling through systemic and multigenerational trauma, depression or PTSD or wanting to enhance their romantic relationship. I've dedicated my entire career to working with resilient people to help heal and restore their lives. I'm certified in modalities focused on building healthy relationships, changing thought patterns, and achieving my clients stated desires. I tailor my work to each couple’s situation to treat both partners in their systems because we don't exist in a vacuum, but with people in many contexts. I enjoy helping couples define, strengthen, transform, and save their relationship according to their stated goals. I help clients struggling with depression, PTSD, systemic and multigenerational trauma reclaim their lives in healthy way. I'm dedicated to helping clients heal and restore their lives.
