Introduction

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed in New York and California. I’ve been practicing social work for fifteen years. I’ve worked with clients of all ages and backgrounds, from the rural hills of Virginia, to the beaches of California, and in the inner city of Brooklyn, NY. My goal is to help my clients navigate whatever challenges they are facing. I utilize Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and Motivational Interviewing. As a therapist, I believe you are your own expert and have the ability to create and reach your goals. I seek to create a comfortable environment where clients feel they can be themselves without being judged. I am available for in-person or virtual sessions. I also offer home visits on a case by case basis for those with mobility issues.
