The 25 years I have been working with people helps me tailor treatment to meet individual needs. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, I also draw from many other treatment modalities. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and EMDR Level II trained. My areas of focus include depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, chronic illness, stress management, life adjustments, and relationship issues. I work with adults, all gender identities, and LGBTQ community. I enjoy supporting people wanting to improve their relationships with their own sense of self, food and/or body image issues using the guidance of Intuitive Eating and lifestyle management.
