Introduction

For the past 20 years, I have worked with a variety of individuals and families including children and adults in many different life transitions. Part of my therapeutic foundation relies on the ability to create a safe and trusting relationship with each person I work with. I utilize a variety of beneficial tools for personal healing and individual growth. Areas of practice include, but are not limited to, complex developmental trauma, mood disorders, attachment and executive functioning disorders.
