Introduction

Life is a journey with many ups and downs, and sometimes we get into those ruts and it feels okay to be there, to be hidden, for a little while. However, the longer we are in those ruts, the harder it is to find ourselves and be seen by others. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Registered Play Therapist, it is my goal to support you and/or your family regain the hope, confidence and skills to restore balance and mental wellness in life. About Me and My Practice Prior to opening my own practice I worked as a Senior Clinician for a non-profit providing individual and family therapy. I have over seven years of clinical experience providing therapy to those impacted by trauma, grief/loss, relational ruptures, parenting struggles, and anxiety. I provide therapeutic services to individuals from birth through adulthood. For my younger clients, birth to 5 years old, I offer Infant/Child-Parent Psychotherapy (or Infant Mental Heath). Then as a Registered Play Therapist, I provide play therapy to children ranging from 5 to 12. For adolescents and adults, I offer a combination of traditional talk therapy and art informed intervention. For Professionals Whether you are new to the field and working to obtain licensure or a seasoned clinician, I believe it is critical for mental health professionals to receive quality, meaningful and relationally focused supervision. Therefore, I am able to provide clinical supervision to those seeking their LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or LCAT. Please send me an email at jsaraceno.lcsw@gmail.com to further discuss details.
