Introduction

I am a licensed clinical social worker, have been practicing for 7 years and am here to validate that existing can feel exhausting sometimes. We often invalidate our emotions/feelings because everyone else has for so long. We are hard on ourselves. We don’t want to burden anyone. We allow our past traumas/issues to replay in our head like a bad commercial tune because “it probably wasn’t that bad anyway”. We work to pay bills and still feel like we can’t get ahead. We eat what is quick/easy then hate how we feel about our bodies. When we have free time, we just don’t have the energy to do much except binge watch tv shows. We don’t know what we need from our relationships with others, which leaves us in situations we don’t want to be in with people we don’t want to be around. We drink alcohol or use drugs to “relax” but really it is to turn our minds off. Life does not have to be this way any longer. I will help you see that and achieve positive change. I will help you learn how to continue through life with solutions and inner peace. I am so excited to go on this healing journey with you in a relaxed, judgment free atmosphere.
