Introduction

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and mental health professional with more than 15 years of experience in a variety of roles and settings focused on the overall health and well-being of individuals and families. I have a master's degree in social work (MSW) from the University of Washington with a concentration in Integrative Health-Mental Health. My experience includes practice in educational roles, public mental health, non-profit work, child welfare, and crisis intervention/co-response. I provide a safe environment for self-exploration and create the space for healing from trauma, crisis, loss, stress, depression, anxiety, and other life struggles. I look forward to coming alongside people to provide support, increase hope, build resiliency, and enhance the lived experience. The foundation of my practice employs a trauma informed and strengths-based solution focused approach to promote meaningful and sustainable change. We will work together to explore your needs and set achievable goals with a focus on restoration and transformation; body, mind, and spirit.
