Introduction

With over 25 years of experience, I am deeply committed to guiding individuals of all ages—children, adolescents, and adults—through life’s challenges with compassion and expertise. My practice offers a safe, supportive space where you can quiet the noise, process your experiences, and reconnect with your inner strength and resilience. Specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, I am dedicated to helping individuals and families navigate difficulties such as career changes, parenting struggles, and the lingering effects of past trauma. I have extensive training in treating trauma and recovering from childhood abuse. I also help young children struggling with sexual behaviors and support families through adoption. Whether you're facing overwhelming stress or striving to reach your fullest potential, I provide evidence-based, personalized care to support your growth and healing. As a Certified EMDR Therapist and Consultant-in-Training, I integrate the latest neuroscience and trauma-informed approaches to help reprocess unhelpful thought patterns and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you with the tools and insights needed to move forward with confidence and clarity. In addition to therapy, I offer Clinical Supervision and EMDR Consultation Services for professionals seeking to deepen their expertise and refine their practice. Let’s embark on this journey of healing and transformation—together.
