Welcome! You’re in the Right Place Hi there—I’m really glad you found your way here. I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, and I work with kids, teens, and adults (ages 6 and up) who are looking for support with things like anxiety, ADHD, depression, mood disorders, sleep challenges or just feeling kind of stuck. If that sounds like you—or someone you care about—you’re not alone, and you don’t have to figure it all out by yourself. With over 24 years in nursing and a background across all kinds of healthcare settings, I bring a calm, supportive, and real-world approach to mental health care. My focus is on creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood—without judgment. I offer a mix of medication management, brief supportive therapy, and other tools to help you feel better. We’ll come up with a plan that actually fits your life, your needs, and your goals. ✨ Appointments are available both in-person and via telehealth, including some weekends and evening appointments for extra flexibility. Most people can get in within about 1-2 weeks. I’m currently in-network with most major insurance plans, including First Choice Health, Premera and Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum/United Healthcare, Aetna, and Cigna. Starting May 5, 2025, I’ll also be accepting Molina Medicaid, and on May 15, 2025, I’ll be able to accept Coordinated Care Medicaid and Ambetter. Just a quick note: I’m not accepting Medicare or Medicare Advantage plans at this time. I do accept cash-pay clients and can provide a superbill if you’d like to submit for reimbursement through your insurance. Depending on your plan, I may also be able to bill out-of-network benefits. You can self-schedule online whenever it works for you—no back-and-forth emails or phone calls needed. Easy, simple, and on your terms. 💬 If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk with you on this path. *ABOUT ME* I am local Gig Harbor native. I am a proud military spouse with a passion for family, nature, and connection. As a mother, I find immense joy in nurturing my kiddos and embracing the beauty of everyday moments. I have a deep appreciation for the great outdoors, whether I’m tending to my garden, exploring local trails, or savoring the serene summers of the Pacific Northwest. At home, I enjoy spending time with my family and two cherished dogs—a spirited Siberian Husky and a lovable Yellow Lab—and curling up with a good book. You might also find me enjoying a good movie or sipping coffee from one of the delightful local coffee shops out on the Key Peninsula. I strive to bring warmth, humor, and authenticity to everything I do, creating a space where everyone feels welcome and valued. Life has taught me the importance of kindness and humility, and I carry those lessons into my professional practice and daily life.
