Do you wake up each day and wonder if you are living the life you want? Do you wonder how to handle all the things life throws at you? At Mosaic Counseling, I am here to support you by using your strengths to help you examine and reorganize the pieces of your experiences into a beautiful, healthy life. While we can't change the difficult situations in your past, we can work together to better understand them and work toward healing! Using a mindfulness-based approach, I practice Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Interpersonal Therapy. I have significant experience in working with depression, anxiety, and trauma in adults and adolescents. I have worked extensively with the LGBTQ+ community and I believe everyone has a right to determine their own life path!
