Introduction

Hello! I am a licensed therapist in the states of California and New Hampshire. I work with kids as young as 10 years old through adults. I specifically work with my clients on anxiety, depression and/or obsessive compulsive disorder. I worked in a middle school and high school for 13 years as the mental health clinician so I am well versed in school issues. I also work with parents who are raising anxious kids. Worries can take over the life of a family but I can teach you strategies and the skills you need to learn how to manage anxiety. I'm happy to help. Feel free to reach out to see if I can be of help to you.
