As a Licensed Certified Social Worker, I utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques including EMDR, CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention, Acceptance and Commitment therapy, and/or Mindful yoga-based interventions specially formulated to cater to you and your needs. My focus is to provide a calm, comfortable, judgment-free environment to help clients improve their quality of life by developing insight, exploring behaviors, building resiliency, and promoting self care. I enjoy proactively working with my clients and am passionate about teaching how to discover which tools work for you for better health and wellbeing.
