Introduction

Perhaps you find yourself wondering "Why does everything feel so much harder for me than it does for other people?" Something feels "off" or "out of sync" in your relationships, in your energy level, your ability to focus or your motivation. You want to find more joy and meaning in life but feel like you need help developing the skills to make that hope a reality. You are willing to put in the work to create the life you desire but first you need a supportive, empathetic professional with interventions empirically proven to help improve your anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship or depression symptoms. My approach to therapy is collaborative, insight oriented, and results driven. I help my patients develop and strengthen their ability to manage anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges so that they can live a more meaningful, mindful, and enjoyable life. I encourage my patients to work hard to grow and change, achieving the life they desire. Therapy is a place to feel heard, understood, supported and valued. If you are looking to be judged or shamed into change, I am not your girl. I am certain that you have tried to live the best life you can, in concert with your values and beliefs. I am here to help you develop the skills that will help you flourish. You don't need to go it alone.
