Introduction

Whether you are new to seeking out a therapist, or have worked with several in the past, I am here to meet you where you currently are. We will work together to gain clarity about the challenges present in your life and will collaborate in setting and meeting your therapy goals. I have experience working with clients who are seeking help with their anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. As we move forward, if applicable, I will assist you in allowing your brain to heal through processing experiences and memories stuck in your nervous system. In addition to other therapeutic modalities, I am trained in EMDR, which has been used to treat PTSD, depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, phobias, infidelity, illness and more. EMDR is one of the most researched and effective therapies of our time. Once your appropriateness for EMDR is assessed, we will collaborate on treatment goals to focus on.
