Trauma, grief, divorce, troubled personal & family relationships - any of these can cause anxiety, depression, addiction, a need to isolate, or a sense of overwhelm and feeling that it's all too much. I enjoy getting to know my clients using a relational, compassionate approach that allows me to understand their story and tailor treatment around their individual needs. I use many modalities such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Play Therapy, and a neuropsychological approach to understand how stress is affecting them physically.
