Introduction

Is something holding you back from being happy? Why do you repeat the same patterns or behaviors? Do you have troubling memories or barriers that prevent you from achieving stability in relationships? My goal is to work together with you to strengthen your focus and understanding of yourself. Once we know how to do that, we can create any life we want. Too often, we can build walls where we see challenges due to past experiences. I use various trauma-informed skills-building approaches, including Mindfulness and cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), to increase confidence in your own ability to find your best solutions. Too often, we can build walls where we see challenges due to past experiences. We may have even been conditioned or conditioned ourselves to live in fear of our own possibilities. I will assist you in developing the essential skills and insight required for success. Depression and anxiety can be debilitating and crushing. Let's work together at managing those symptoms so you can have a more pleasant experience and feel comfortable with yourself, as well as with others. We can often tell ourselves that we are able to "be strong" or "deal with it" on our own but reaching out for help is being strong, too.
