Introduction

Everyone deserves happiness, contentment, and freedom from suffering. I truly believe everything is workable, but we do not heal in isolation. In my practice, I endeavor to find the optimal dose of relational medicine through collaboration with clients, and am honored to walk alongside you and impart the confidence I have in your healing potential. Your voice is important, and it will guide our work. I have witnessed profound transformations that continually inspire me to offer my heart and wisdom to this work. I look forward to learning about what you need at this time on your healing journey. My approach is contemplative, somatically-oriented, and eclectic. I weave mindfulness-awareness into my practice when appropriate, and draw from various modalities and healing traditions to inform my work. I will support you in learning to embody the confidence, resilience, and joy necessary to live a fulfilling and inspired life. I have counseled children as young as 4, adults in hospice, and everyone in between. I have worked on teams of clinicians dedicated to the healing of a shared client. I enjoy working with people across stages of development with a broad range of presenting conditions. I look forward to learning more about you!
