As a therapist, I believe that everyone has the capacity for growth and change. I enjoy working with clients to identify their unique strengths and build on them, while also addressing any areas of difficulty or challenge. My goal is to provide a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental space where people can feel heard, supported, and empowered. My therapeutic approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, and I draw from a variety of modalities to create a personalized treatment plan for each of my clients. I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds and I specialize in treating a range of mental health issues, including grief & loss, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship issues, and more. With over 30 years of experience in the mental health field, I welcome the opportunity to work with clients who are looking to build resilience in these challenging times. Whether your goal is skill-building, symptom relief or simply sharing your story to build insight, I look forward to offering you a safe space to pursue it in.
