I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, couples and family therapy. I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge in 2004, and after 10 years of working as a CPA in the Financial Services and Business Management world, I recognized I was not living my most authentic life. I shifted gears, and ultimately followed my path to becoming a Marriage and Family Therapist, earning a Masters degree in Psychology with a concentration in co-occurring disorders, at Phillips Graduate Institute. I believe that connection, in all things and relationships, is key. I consider myself a collaborative, person-centered focused therapist, and recognize that every path is unique. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and guidance in a non-judgemental and safe environment to help clients effectively address personal life challenges and goals. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client's individual needs. With empathy, compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their current strengths and attain the personal growth and insight they are committed to accomplishing.
