My goal is to provide a safe place for clients to talk about anything that is on their minds and to process their emotions. I utilize many elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy and cognitive processing therapy to help clients explore the connections between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. I also believes in a collaborative approach to counseling that helps clients set goals and make changes in their lives. I work with teens, adults, and couples who are seeking premarital counseling. I am skilled in helping people who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and trauma.
