As a clinician, my goal is to help you meet your goals, whatever they might be. I have a heart for mothers and other women's issues as well as the desire to be an advocate for those who are unable to or unclear on how to advocate for themselves. I have worked with children and adolescents as well as couples and families. I utilize an eclectic approach that depends on individual client needs but relies heavily on building trust, amplifying current strengths, and incorporating cognitive behavioral techniques when beneficial.
