I'm a clinical psychologist specializing in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I have over fifteen years of experience with clients with a variety of unique backgrounds. From acting as director of a mental health program at a major hospital treating people affected by 9/11 to having a faculty appointment at NYU School of Medicine, my academic background has allowed me to integrate empirically based methods in my therapeutic work with flexibility and empathy. I strive to balance empathy with an engaged and interactive style. I pride myself in approaching my therapeutic work with a focus on the integration of mind, body and spirit.
