LSWAIC J C Gamez Therapy, PLLC
Specialties: LGBTQIA+, Depression, Coping Skills, Anxiety, Life Transitions,

Introduction

My interest in providing mental health therapy services is based on the experiences I've had while working within community mental health agencies. Throughout my experience in community mental health, I was fortunate to learn a number of therapeutic techniques and approaches, but have specialized in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy and brainspotting. I look forward to working with future clients and introducing them to techniques to help them unpack thoughts, feelings and behaviors so they can take steps towards their goals.
